Precision Stainless Steel Strip
We supply Premium quality Stainless Steel Strip grade 304 & 316L according to ASTM A240/480, JIS G4305, and ISO 15510 for SUS tube & Medical steel Tubings. We can supply Strip/Tape in thickness 0.15/0.20/0.30mm with tolerance +/-0.01mm & Narrow width 10-25mm.
Our STAINLESS-STEEL COLD ROLLED STRIP can comply with the following standards:
- Stainless Steel AISI 304 (1.4301)
- Stainless Steel AISI 316L (1.4404)
- Annealed Condition
- Heat Treatment: Bright Annealed 1050oC
- Standard: EN 10088-2 (2005)
- Grain Size (DIN 50601): 8-10
- Inclusion rating (DIN 50602, Method M): row 2(3) for each type of inclusions
Packaging:
- Coil Inner diameters: 200-400mm (+4/-0mm)
- Coil Outer diameter: 1250mm max
- Every coil should be strapped at 3 places
- Corrugated board should be inserted between the coils to avoid edge damage a wooden box should be used, weighing 1,200kgs max
